Annual General Meeting held in Itera ASA.

The Annual General Meeting in Itera ASA was held on

29 April 2010.

The Annual General Meeting adopted a dividend of NOK

0.20 per share. The Itera stock will be traded ex.

dividend on Friday 30 April 2010. The dividend will

be paid 20 May.

All items at the agenda were adopted in accordance to

the Notice.
