Description
iTech Minerals Limited (‘ITM’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Tuesday, 19 October 2021.
The securities of ITM will commence quotation at 11:00AM AEDT on Thursday, 21 October 2021.
ITM raised $7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 30 August 2021 by the issue of 35,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
