Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: Bagging of New Contract.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that our Company has bagged a new contract by the Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence to provide 9 resources for a period of One (1) year.

The total contract value is INR 2786468.35 (Rupees Twenty-Seven Lakh Eighty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eight and Thirty-Five Paise only) inclusive of all taxes and duties.

The contract is scheduled to commence on June 01, 2026 and shall remain in force until May 31, 2027 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties.

This contract marks a significant milestone for our Company and reflects the continued trust placed in us by Government agencies.

Details as required under SEBI Circular no. SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
