In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 28[th] February, 2023 issued and allotted 13,13,260 Ordinary Shares of ` 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,31,326 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 28[th] February, 2023, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1242,03,91,451/- divided into 1242,03,91,451 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each.
