Allotment of Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes

In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 16thJuly, 2019 issued and allotted 57,81,600 Ordinary Shares of Z 1/- each, upon exercise of 5,78,160 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 16thJuly, 2019, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Z 1227,33,64,581/- divided into 1227,33,64,581 Ordinary Shares of Z 1/- each.
