Intimation of ESG rating assigned by NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics Limited

We write to advise, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider, has voluntarily assigned an ESG rating of ‘66’ to the Company based on data pertaining to the financial year 2024-25.

While the detailed methodology for arriving at the aforesaid score has not been shared with the Company, the summary Report indicates that the ESG rating has marginally declined by 1 point vis-à-vis rating for the financial year 2023-24.

The Report was received by the Company on 9[th] December, 2025 at 4:03 p.m.
