Further to our letters on the captioned subject, we write to advise, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that ITC Hotels Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, has advised that the Competition Commission of India, vide letter dated 28[th] May, 2024, has accorded approval to the proposed combination relating to demerger of the Demerged Undertaking comprising the Hotels Business of ITC Limited into ITC Hotels Limited on a going concern basis.
