subsidiary (‘WOS’), that they have incorporated a WOS in Mexico under the name of ‘ ITC Infotech de México, S.A. de C.V. ’ (‘ITC Mexico’) on 17[th] April, 2023; the registration certificate evidencing incorporation of the said subsidiary has been received by I3L today.
Consequently, ITC Mexico has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 17[th] April, 2023.
