- Board Meeting consideration of proposal for amalgamation

We write to advise that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider a proposal for amalgamation of Sunrise Foods Private Limited, Hobbits International Foods Private Limited and Sunrise Sheetgrah Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries, with the Company, at its meeting convened for Friday, 4[th] September, 2020.

In the context of the above, we also advise that the Trading Window for purchasing, selling or otherwise dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed for all employees with immediate effect. The Trading Window will open 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Board’s decision on the aforesaid proposal.
