Appointment of Secretarial Auditors

Further to our letter dated 15[th] May, 2025, we write to advise that the Members of the Company at the 2[nd] Annual General Meeting held today, i.e. 11[th] August, 2025, approved the appointment of Messrs. S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co., Company Secretaries (Firm Registration No. P1991MH040400), as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct secretarial audit for a period of five consecutive financial years commencing from the financial year 2025-26.

Brief details of such appointment, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Master Circular dated 11[th] November, 2024, are given in the Annexure .
