SUBJECT: NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Itanz Technologies Limited (formerly Zahur Cotton Mills Limited) (the “Company”) will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 02:30 pm at 623-B, PCSIR-II, Lahore to consider and approve the annual audited accounts along with auditor’s report thereon for the year ended June 30, 2025.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from Tuesday, October 21, 2025, to Monday, October 27, 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of the PSX Rule Book. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

The PSX is requested to duly inform its TREC holders of these applications.
