AGGIORNAMENTO SUL PROGRAMMA DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Milano, 25 agosto 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare o la Società) comunica che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il Programma) deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti del 17 aprile 2025, annunciato il 30 giugno 2025 e avviato il 3 luglio 2025, dal 18 agosto 2025 al 22 agosto 2025 sono state acquistate complessivamente sul segmento Euronext STAR Milan – Borsa Italiana, n. 13.808 azioni, pari allo 0,032% del capitale, a un prezzo medio unitario di euro 27,5487 per azione, e per un controvalore complessivo di euro 380.392,70.
Sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'intermediario incaricato di attuare il Programma in piena indipendenza, si riporta nel seguito il dettaglio delle operazioni su base giornaliera in forma aggregata.

UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE BUY BACK PROGRAM
Milan, August 25, 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare or the Company) announces that under the treasury share buyback program (the Program) resolved by the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2025, announced on June 30, 2025 and launched on July 3, 2025, from August 18, 2025 to August 22, 2025, a total of 13,808 shares, equal to 0.032% of the issued share capital, were purchased on Euronext STAR Milan – Borsa Italiana at an average price per share of euro 27.5487 and for a total countervalue of 380,392.70 euro.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary in charge of implementing the Program in full independence, the details of the transactions on a daily basis in aggregated form are given below.
