AGGIORNAMENTO SUL PROGRAMMA DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Milano, 11 agosto 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare o la Società) comunica che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il Programma) deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti del 17 aprile 2025, annunciato il 30 giugno 2025 e avviato il 3 luglio 2025, dal 5 agosto 2025 all'8 agosto 2025 sono state acquistate complessivamente sul segmento Euronext STAR Milan – Borsa Italiana, n. 10.166 azioni, pari allo 0,024% del capitale, a un prezzo medio unitario di euro 27,3467 per azione, e per un controvalore complessivo di euro 278.006,05.

UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE BUY BACK PROGRAM
Milan, August 11, 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare or the Company) announces that under the treasury share buyback program (the Program) resolved by the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2025, announced on June 30, 2025 and launched on July 3, 2025, from August 5, 2025 to August 8, 2025, a total of 10,166 shares, equal to 0.024% of the issued share capital, were purchased on Euronext STAR Milan – Borsa Italiana at an average price per share of euro 27.3467 and for a total countervalue of 278,006.05 euro.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary in charge of implementing the Program in full independence, the details of the transactions on a daily basis are given below.
