- 15-16 JUNE 2020 General Shareholders' Meeting to approve Italian Wine Brands SpA's financial statements as at 31 December 2019, scheduled for 15 and 16 June 2020 on first and second call respectively. 15 SEPTEMBER 2020 Board of Directors' Meeting
- to approve Italian Wine Brands SpA's half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2020.
