(la "Società") rende noto che il nuovo statuto sociale, come modificato con delibera del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società del 18 marzo 2024, unitamente al verbale notarile della predetta riunione consiliare, sono a disposizione presso la sede sociale e pubblicati sul sito internet della Società, www.italianwinebrands.it, Sezione "investors/ documenti finanziari /documenti societari", nonché sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana www.borsaitaliana.it.

(the "Company") announces that the new Bylaws, as amended by resolution of the Company's Board of Directors of March 18, 2024, together with the Notary's minutes of the aforementioned board meeting, are available at the Company's registered office and published on the Company's website, www.italianwinebrands.it, Section "investors/ financial documents/ corporate documents", as well as on the website of Borsa Italiana www.borsaitaliana.it.
