COMUNICAZIONE AI SENSI DELL'ART. 17 DEL REGOLAMENTO EMITTENTI AIM ITALIA
Milano, 17 febbraio 2020 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. rende noto, ai sensi della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, di aver ricevuto in data 17 febbraio 2020 da Otus Capital Management Limited, nella sua qualità di gestore del risparmio, comunicazione del superamento, in data 13 febbraio 2020, della soglia di rilevanza pari al 10% del capitale sociale.
In particolare, il suddetto azionista dichiara di detenere n. 755.280 azioni ordinarie, pari al 10,20% del capitale sociale di Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. con diritto di voto.
Sulla base delle comunicazioni pervenute dagli azionisti e delle informazioni ad oggi a disposizione della Società, gli azionisti che detengono una partecipazione superiore al 5% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto di Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. risultano essere i seguenti:

NOTICE OF RELEVANT HOLDINGS PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF THE AIM ITALIA RULES
Milan, 17 February 2020 – Pursuant to the Transparency Regulation and art. 17 of the AIM Italia Rules, Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. informs to have been notified by Otus Capital Management Limited on 17 February 2020, that they exceeded the threshold of 10% of the share capital on 13 February.
Specifically, Otus Capital Management Limited declared to hold n. 755,280 ordinary shares, corresponding to 10.20% of the Italian Wine Brands share capital with voting rights.
The below chart is based on the information received as at today, concerning shareholders exceeding the threshold of 5% of the share capital with voting rights:
