COMUNICAZIONE AI SENSI DELL'ART. 17 DEL REGOLAMENTO EMITTENTI AIM ITALIA

Milano, 16 luglio 2020 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. ("IWB" o la "Società") rende noto, ai sensi della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, di aver ricevuto in data 15 luglio 2020 da Otus Capital Management Limited, nella sua qualità di gestore del risparmio, comunicazione della riduzione, in data 13 luglio 2020, al di sotto della soglia di rilevanza pari al 10% del capitale sociale di IWB.

In particolare, il suddetto azionista dichiara di detenere, nell'ambito dell'attività di gestione collettiva del risparmio svolta dallo stesso, n. 734.860 azioni ordinarie IWB, pari al 9,93% del relativo capitale sociale.

Sulla base delle comunicazioni pervenute dagli azionisti e delle informazioni ad oggi a disposizione della Società, gli azionisti che detengono una partecipazione superiore al 5% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto di IWB risultano essere i seguenti:

NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE AIM ITALIA ISSUERS REGULATION

Milan, 16 July 2020 – pursuant to the Transparency Provisions and Article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulation, Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (hereinafter "IWB" or the "Company") announces that on 15 July 2020 it received notice from Otus Capital Management Limited, in its capacity as an asset manager, detailing that it has reduced its percentage of IWB's share capital to below the materiality threshold of 10%, effective from 13 July 2020.

In particular, the aforementioned shareholder declares that it holds 734,860 ordinary IWB shares, equal to 9.93% of the share capital, as part of its collective asset management activities.

Based on the notifications received from the shareholders and the information available to the Company to date, the shareholders with a stake of more than 5% in IWB's share capital with voting rights are as follows:
