COMUNICAZIONE AI SENSI DELL'ART. 17 DEL REGOLAMENTO EMITTENTI AIM ITALIA

Milano, 9 aprile 2018 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. rende noto, ai sensi della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, di aver ricevuto in data 9 aprile 2018 da IPOC S.r.l. comunicazione del superamento, per effetto dell'esercizio in data 28 marzo 2018 di "Warrant Italian Wine Brands S.p.A.", della soglia di rilevanza pari al 5% del capitale sociale.

In particolare, il suddetto azionista dichiara di detenere n. 641.513 azioni ordinarie, pari al 9,89% del capitale sociale di Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. con diritto di voto.

Sulla base delle comunicazioni pervenute dagli azionisti e delle informazioni ad oggi a disposizione della Società, gli azionisti che detengono una partecipazione superiore al 5% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto di Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. risultano essere i seguenti:

NOTICE OF RELEVANT HOLDINGS PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF THE AIM ITALIA RULES

Milan, 9 April 2018 – Pursuant to the Transparency Regulation and art. 17 of the AIM Italia Rules, Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. informs to have been notified by IPOC S.r.l. on 9 April, that they exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital due to the exercise of "Warrant Italian Wine Brands S.p.A." that occourred on 28 March 2018.

Specifically, IPOC S.r.l. declared to hold n. 641,513 ordinary shares, corresponding to 9.89% of the Italian Wine Brands share capital with voting rights.
