ASSEMBLEA IN SECONDA CONVOCAZIONE
Milano, 26 aprile 2023 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (la "Società") rendo noto che l'Assemblea degli azionisti della Società convocata presso lo studio del Notaio Manuela Agostini, in Milano, via Luigi Illica n. 5, in sede ordinaria, per i giorni 26 e 27 aprile 2023, rispettivamente, in prima e in seconda convocazione, esclusivamente mediante mezzi di telecomunicazione, si terrà in seconda convocazione il giorno 27 aprile 2023. SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON SECOND CALL
Milan, 26 April 2023 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened at the Notary Manuela Agostini, in Milan, via Luigi Illica no. 5, for 26 and 27 April 2023, respectively, on first and second call, by means of telecommunication media only, will be held, on second call, on 27 April 2023.
