ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP (Euronext Milan: IEG) CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

Rimini, 13 November 2025 – The Board of Directors of Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with Article 2.6.2 of the Regulations of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., it has today approved the calendar of corporate events scheduled for the 2026 financial year:

March 19th, 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of Draft Annual Financial report
	at December 31st, 2025
April 29th, 2026	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Annual Financial
	report as at 31 December 2025 and presentation of the
	Consolidated Annual Financial report as at 31 December 2025, in a
	single call
May 14th, 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of Periodic Financial information
	at March 31st, 2026
August 8th, 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of Half-Year Financial report at
	June 30th, 2026
November 12th, 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of Periodic Financial information
	at September 30th, 2026

The dates indicated are subject to change: any changes will be promptly communicated to the market in accordance with current regulations.

The Company's Board of Directors has resolved to make available to the public, on a voluntary basis, the additional periodic financial information required by the Regulations of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. for companies listed on the Euronext Milan regulated market, STAR segment, thus ensuring maximum transparency and timely approval of periodic reports.
