NOTICE - PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION

Milan, 22 March 2023 – The essential information pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("CLF") and Article 130 of the Regulations adopted with Consob Resolution No. 11971 of 14 May 1999 as subsequently amended and supplemented ("Issuers' Regulations") and the extract of the amendment agreement published pursuant to Article 122 of the CLF and Articles 129 and 131 of the Issuers' Regulations relating to the shareholders' agreement signed on 20 October 2016 between Snam S.p.A. and CDP Reti S.p.A, as subsequently renewed on 7 November 2019 and 7 November 2022, respectively, and amended on 21 March 2023, and concerning shares in Italgas S.p.A., is available to the public at Italgas' registered office in Milan, Via Carlo Bo 11, on the Company's website (www.italgas.it, in the section "Investors" – "Shares and Ownership Structure" – "Shareholders' agreements"), on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and through the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" operated by Teleborsa S.r.l. ().
