NOTICE - PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION
Milan, 12 May 2023 - The minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 20 April 2023 and the 2022 Integrated Annual Report of Italgas in English in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and marked up in compliance with Directive 2004/109/EC as amended and Regulation (EU) no. 815/2019 (as also referred to by art. 154-ter CLF), are available to the public at the registered office of Italgas in Milan, Via Carlo Bo 11, on the Company's website (www.italgas.it, "Governance" - "Shareholders' Meeting" - "2023 Shareholders' Meeting" section), on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" operated by Teleborsa S.r.l. ().
