NOTICE OF PUBLICATION, PURSUANT TO ART. 122 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 58/1998, THE EXTRACT AND ESSENTIAL INFORMATION RELATING TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT SIGNED ON 20 OCTOBER 2016 BETWEEN SNAM S.P.A. AND CDP RETI S.P.A. AS LAST AMENDED ON 14 APRIL 2025

Milan, 15 April 2025 – The essential information pursuant to Article 122 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("TUF") and Article 130 of the Regulation adopted by Consob Resolution No. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as subsequently amended and supplemented ("Issuers' Regulation") and the extract published pursuant to Article 122 of the TUF and Articles 129 and 131 of the Issuers' Regulation relating to the shareholders' agreement signed on 20 October 2016 between Snam S.p.A. and CDP Reti S.p.A., as subsequently renewed on 7 November 2019 and 7 November 2022 respectively, and last amended on 14 April 2025, concerning shares of Italgas S.p.A. are available to the public at the Italgas registered office in Milan, Via Carlo Bo 11, on the Company's website (www.italgas.it, in the section "Investors" – "Stock and Shareholding" – "Shareholders' Agreements") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. ().
