Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigns definitive 'Baa1' rating to Italgas, outlook stable

Milan, 7 November 2016 – Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive 'Baa1' long-term issuer rating to Italgas S.p.A. The rating outlook is stable. The rating action follows the successful execution of the partial and proportional demerger of Italgas S.p.A. from Snam S.p.A. (Baa1, stable) and Italgas S.p.A. listing on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) of Milan on November 7th, 2016 organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
