Notice of Final Results, Investor Presentation and Annual General Meeting

Itaconix plc (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in plant-based specialty polymers used as essential ingredients in everyday consumer products, announces that its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2021 will be released on 8 June 2022.

Investor Presentation

A live online presentation for investors will be held at 2:00 pm BST on 8 June 2022.  The online presentation is open to all shareholders and any interested parties.

Investors who already follow the Company on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited.

Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, United Kingdom at 1:00 pm BST on 1 July 2022.
