Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB:ITXXF), a leading innovator in high-performance plant-based specialty polymers, announces that Peter Nieuwenhuizen, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 3,400 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 May 2026 at a price of £1.0935 per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Peter Nieuwenhuizen holds 36,857 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.3% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
