BOARD MEMBER OF ITAB STEPS DOWN AT OWN REQUEST

ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ) ("ITAB") announces today that board member Jan Frykhammar will leave the Board at his own request with immediate effect due to personal reasons. Jan Frykhammar has been a member of the Board since 2019.

In accordance with ITAB's Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of nine members. Following Jan Frykhammar's departure, the Board will consist of six members and thus meet the requirements of the Articles of Association.
