CHANGE IN THE CALENDAR OF 2017 CORPORATE EVENTS

Ravenna, March 29, 2017 – As a result of the need for further in-depth analysis regarding the accounting effects of the extraordinary transaction to transfer to the Esprinet Group the VAD distribution business lines in Italy and the Iberian Peninsula, which took place on November 30, 2016, following is a partial change in the calendar of corporate events for 2017 compared with what was announced on March 6, 2017:

(i) The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, originally scheduled for March 30, 2017, will be held on April 27, 2017;

(ii) The shareholders' meeting to approve the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, originally scheduled for May 10-11, 2017 (1st and 2nd call) will be held on June 8-9, 2017 (1st and 2nd call).

Eventual changes compared with the above dates will be disclosed to the market promptly.
