Auditing company report

Ravenna, March 17, 2016 - ITWAY S.p.A. would like to inform that it has made available, through the publication on its Internet website www.itway.com as well as through the headquarters of the Company, the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2015, including the separate Financial Statements to December 31, 2015 of ITWAY S.p.A., the consolidated Financial Statements to December 31, 2015 of the ITWAY Group, the report on operations, the reports of statutory auditors and the auditing firm, the declaration pursuant to article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 dated February 24, 1998 as well as the Report on Corporate Governance and ownership structure pursuant to article 123-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 and the Remuneration Report drafted pursuant to article 123-ter of the TUF, of article 84-quarter of Consob Regulation 11971 dated May 14 1999 and subsequent amendments and integrations and the Report on the authorization to buy back own shares. Auditing company Pricewaterhousecoopers S.p.A has issued:

A clean opinion report for the Issuer's Separate Financial Statements to December 31, 2015, a copy of which is attached to the current press release;

A report with a positive opinion limited to the auditing procedures used for the Financial Statements to December 31, 2015 of Business-e S.p.A., fully controlled by the Issuer and therefore to the consolidated Financial Statements to December 31, 2015 of the Itway Group.
