"ITWAY: INTERIM REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2017""

Ravenna, September 28, 2017 – ITWAY S.p.A. announces that the approval of the Interim Financial Report as of June 30, 2017 of the Company and of the Itway Group, drafted pursuant to Article 154 ter of Legislative Decree No. 58 dated February 24, 1998, will be delayed by approximately 10 days compared with the scheduled release date of September 29, 2017 reported on the calendar of corporate events for 2017 published on January 25, 2017.

The delay is due to the need to integrate disclosure in the Interim Financial Report to better illustrate to the market and to third parties the financial situation in place after having defined the terms of an extraordinary transaction with Maticmind S.p.A., communicated to the market on September 25, and to reflect its impact on the evolution of the financial situation of the Company and of the Group, updating the liquidity position that was then approved.
