Itway: perfezionato il closing per la cessione al Gruppo Esprinet delle attività VAD in Italia, Spagna e Portogallo
Milano, 30 novembre 2016.
Facendo seguito a quanto già comunicato lo scorso 21 ottobre, si rende noto che è stato perfezionato in data odierna il closing per la cessione al Gruppo Esprinet delle attività in Italia, Spagna e Portogallo di distribuzione di Information Technology a valore aggiunto (VAD – "Value Added Distribution") relative alla commercializzazione wholesale a System Integrators e Value Added Resellers di (i) prodotti hardware e software, (ii) servizi di certificazione sulle tecnologie software distribuite e (iii) servizi di assistenza tecnica pre e post vendita.
Itway finalizes the closing for the transfer of the VAD activities in Italy, Spain and Portugal to the Esprinet Group
Milan, November 30, 2016 - Further to the announcement on October 21, Itway today finalized closing for the transfer to the Esprinet Group of the activities in Italy, Spain and Portugal of Information Technology value added distribution (VAD – Value Added Distribution). The activities transferred relate to wholesale marketing to System Integrators and Value Added Resellers of (i) hardware and software products; (ii) certification services on the distributed software; and (iii) pre- and post-sales technical support services.
