PRESS RELEASE
RESIGNATION OF STATUTORY AUDITOR
Ravenna, October 5, 2018 – Dario Rossi, member of the board of statutory auditors resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons.
Pursuant to article 2401 of the civil code and until the date of the next Annual General Meeting, alternate auditor Rita Santolini will take on the role of regular auditor after the decision by alternate auditor Livio Pasquetti not to take on the position of regular auditor for personal reasons.
