Ravenna, 28 giugno 2017 - Si informano i signori Azionisti che si ha motivo di ritenere che l'Assemblea ordinaria della Società avrà luogo in seconda convocazione il giorno 30 giugno 2016, alle ore 9.30, presso l'Associazione degli Industriali di Ravenna, Via Barbiani n. 8/10, come previsto dall'avviso di convocazione pubblicato in data 20 maggio 2017 e dalla relativa integrazione pubblicata in data 30 maggio 2017 sul quotidiano "MF". Si ricorda che tutta la documentazione assembleare è stata messa a disposizione presso la sede legale della Società nonché sul sito internet della Società (https://www.itway.com/it/financial-info/investors-financial-info-annualstatement-and-meetings/).

Ravenna, June 28, 2017 - The Shareholders are informed that there is reason to believe that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will take place on the second call on June 30, 2016 at 9.30 am at the Association of Industrialists in Ravenna, Via Barbiani n. 8/10, as foreseen in the notice of call published on May 20, 2017 and its integration published on May 30, 2017 on the "MF" newspaper. Please note that all the stockholders' documentation has been made available at the company's registered office and on the Company's website (https://www.itway.com/financial-info/investors-financial-info-annual-statement-andmeetings/).
