Orient Paper, Inc. (the “Company”) announced on May 28, 2014 that it has recently commenced the final commercial production phase of its PM1 renovation project, producing insulation liner paper. The public announcement was made by means of a news release, the text of which is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference to this Item 8.01 as if fully set forth herein
