Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On August 1, 2014, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its preliminary unaudited results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. The public announcement was made by means of a news release, the text of which is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
