Item 8.01 Other Events

On January 7, 2013, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) announced that it has secured the land lease for its new household/tissue paper production facilities and signed the construction and installation contract for the first production line in these facilities. A copy of the press release is annexed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
