Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 12, 2013, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its unaudited financial results of operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013. The public announcement was made by means of a news release, the text of which is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
