On March 8, 2011, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) will make a presentation to investors at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual China Investment Conference. A copy of the presentation to be made by the Company at the conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
