Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 6, 2011, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company will present at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference in New York City to be held September 11-13, 2011. On September 8, 2011, the Company issued another press release announcing that the Company has successfully completed the construction and installation of the paper manufacturing equipment at its new 360,000 tons corrugating medium paper production facility. A copy of the press releases is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to, and incorporated by reference in this report.
