Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 23, 2011, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company has recently completed all testing operations and launched commercial production of its new corrugating medium paper production line. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated by reference in this report.
