On March 27, 2009, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
