We wish to inform you that at the Board Meeting of the company ISCHIS INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED held today, Wednesday 18th September 2013, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr George Mavroudes as a new Non Executive - Non Independent Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr George Mavroudes holds a Degree in Economics from the Economic Department of the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc (Econ) from the University College London of the University of London. He worked as an Industrial Relations Officer at the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance from 1968 until 1970 and subsequently he held various positions at the Central Bank of Cyprus until 2000, when he held the position of Senior Director until 2007.
