Dear Martin Kjær Hansen,

On behalf of Mondrian Investment Partners Limited ("Mondrian"), please accept this major shareholding notification that as at 23 May 2018, Mondrian has acquired voting shares of ISS A/S resulting in the 5% threshold being passed.

The voting rights controlled by Mondrian in ISS A/S are solely held through Mondrian's role as a non-custodial discretionary investment manager.

Mondrian is ultimately controlled by Atlantic Value General Partner Limited and by a number of intermediate entities. Please see section 8 of the enclosed notification form for further information on the intermediate entities.

Mondrian Investment Partners Limited total shareholding has increased to 9,745,330 voting shares corresponding to 5.2488% of the voting rights of ISS A/S.
