Major shareholder's notification

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and Section 55 (cf. Section 56) of the Danish Companies Act, we hereby notify ISS A/S ("ISS") that today Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board ("OTPP") has disposed of all of its 11,394,380 shares in ISS.

Following settlement, OTPP will no longer, directly or indirectly, hold any shares, voting rights or financial instruments relating to already issued shares in ISS.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board is a non-share capital corporation organised under the laws of Ontario, Canada under registration no. 950645 with its registered office at 5650 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M2M 4H5, Canada.
