In addition to the 3,250 Ordinary 50p shares owned prior to the Placing & Conversion Martin Perrin bought 3,894 Ordinary 50p shares in the Placing.  His total holding is 7,144 Ordinary 50p shares representing 0.15% of the issued share capital.
