In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Simon Holden, a Director of the Company, wishes to advise that the ordinary shares of JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited, a company of which he is a Director, were admitted to trading on the Premium Listing Segment of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 24 September 2019.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Holden.
