Millennium and Mr. Idan Ofer are together considered controlling shareholders in Israel Corporation for the purpose of the Securities Law 1968 (each of Millennium and Mr. Ofer directly hold shares of the company, and Mr. Ofer serves as a director in Millennium and has an indirect interest as a beneficiary of the trust controlling Millennium - see explanation above). It is clarified that calculations regarding the holding percentages in equity and voting rights in the company are neutral of dormant shares held by the company, and the holding calculation includes neutralization in voting rights but not in equity rights.
