The Group is pleased to provide a business update (unaudited) on its operations for the six months ended 30 June 2016. The highlights are as follows:

Turnover
- For the six months ended 30 June 2016, this business recorded a turnover of approximately HK$813.3 million.
New contracts awarded
- For the six months ended 30 June 2016, this business recorded new contracts awarded of approximately HK$969.8 million.
Outstanding workload
- As of 30 June 2016, this business recorded an outstanding workload of approximately HK$3,082.7 million.
PROPERTY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES BUSINESS
Turnover
- For the six months ended 30 June 2016, this business recorded a turnover of approximately HK$367.0 million.
Service contracts on hand
- As of 30 June 2016, the gross floor area under management was approximately 10,100,000 sqm.

As of 30 June 2016, the gross floor area under management was approximately 10,100,000 square metres (“sqm”) (Hong Kong: 7,600,000 sqm, Mainland China: 2,500,000 sqm).

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) wishes to remind investors that the business update for the six months ended 30 June 2016 above is based on the unaudited management accounts of the Group which have not been reviewed or audited by the auditors of the Company.
