The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the Registered office of the Company, has appointed M/s. Anisha Jhunjhunwala & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the term of five consecutive Financial Years from FY 2025-26 to the FY 2029-30 and the same has been approved by the members of the company in its Annual General Meeting held today on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
