2. Appointed M/s. Nisarg Khatri & Associates, Chartered Accountant as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. The details of Internal Auditor as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September 2015 is attached as Annexure B .
